The G20 Summit, spanning January to August 2023, marked a significant milestone in India, drawing international government officials to a momentous gathering. With 28 working groups, 13 engagement groups, and 7 ministerial conferences, alongside parallel sessions, the summit reflected our meticulous planning and commitment to excellence. Our curated boardroom setups, efficient RFID registration system, and venue designs harmonized with the G20 2023 theme: “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam,” emphasizing unity under One Earth, One Family, One Future. State motifs were intricately woven into installations and branding, underscoring India’s dedication to global collaboration.

The summit’s conference setup, featuring technical expertise and hall fabrication, facilitated a diverse array of activities, where various thematic installations, Arch gates, VIP lounges, and customized exhibitor stalls added a distinctive flair.

Beyond the summit halls, our comprehensive program extended to meticulously organised welcome decor at airports, cultural greetings, enroute branding, and gala dinners. This holistic approach seamlessly integrated Indian cultural richness at every touchpoint, ensuring a memorable and immersive experience for all participants.
